Located on the first floor, in the eighteenth-century part of the farm, the Ulivo room (50 sqm) offers a 180-degree view of the surrounding vineyards and olive groves. In the past the room was used as the home of the farmers, and has been restored using cement tiles and materials typical of that period. It has a private terrace of 60 square meters, which offers breathtaking sunsets and from which the view sweeps over a horizon that seems to never end.
